An early 19th century ink pot made out of copper. The Kingdom of Ladakh would boast a long line of artists and learned individuals who played pivotal roles in building the cultural structure of the region and something like an ink pot was an essential piece.
This particular inkpot is uniquely elaborate in terms of sign and its practicality.
It boasts a unique mechanism infused inside it that restricts the ink to spill out of the pot even when it was to be rolled over
